Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
1. Assist the manager in completing the annual sales budget, expense budget, personnel planning, and sales planning;
2. Responsible for market development, customer development, and maintenance work in the assigned area;
3. Product promotion, obtaining sales orders;
4. Adjust sales prices and strategies in a timely manner according to local market changes;
5. Responsible for the collection of accounts receivable from customers;
6. Regularly summarize and analyze sales work, and submit relevant data and reports as required;
7. Assist the manager in completing dealer and channel management;
8. Assist the manager in executing the recruitment, training, and assessment management of the local sales team.
Job Requirements:
1. College degree or above, with experience in ground promotion or acceptance of ground promotion model;
2. Pursue a platform for career development, able to withstand significant work pressure, and can accept long-term residence in Africa for development;
2. Positive, optimistic, cheerful personality, strong initiative, and certain influence.
